Morning? Afternoon? Evening? Midnight?

What is the best time to ride and train? Should the time be at your prefences?

When I ride in the Morning/Afternoon I feel sick and makes me more tired then it does at night. I guess I have more enegery at night then day.

So, should training be based on the users prefence or should it be at a certin time?

I do not think the time of day matters, but daylight is nice
