I use "Clydesdales" (easier) and "No Slackers Allowed" (more challenging) on tape.
Some folks feel they have found a better brand, but I can't remember what it was.
As I split my winter training between my home trainer and a Lifecycle at the gym, I am thinking of getting the DVD's and taking a DVD player with me to the gym for my Lifecycle workouts.
I also train with a Heart Rate Monitor.
You can vary the intensity easily by changing the tension on your trainer or the range of gears you use on the bike.
I find that I get a really good workout, with the heart rate monitor verifying that - but also find that nothing beats the real bike outside going over hills starting when the weather gets better.
