I have been riding a road bike for 2 years and average about 100 miles a week. Most of my rides are 20 to 30 miles. My average speed is 15mph but would like to become faster. I read in here where you talk about intervals and climbing. When would they be done and on what days would they be done?
What would be good is if someone could post their routine so I can get on idea on what I should be doing. Thanx, Giant.
