pathetic
I had the flu, prob Swine Flu, which turned into both pnuemonia and
bronchitis.
Yesterday I snapped off ten 'pushups' leaning against the kitchen counter.
Didn't even think about it, it was nothing.
Set up the trainer, and I'm pedalling along easily, just getting my body used to moving again. So about ten minutes go by and my triceps start trembling. Another ten and they're jumping.
Gonna put a phone book under the front wheel thingy. Maybe swear a lot.
I am not usually like Pcad. Today, I am. I suck so bad pathetic will take weeks to get to.

Bikes: Nothing too special - a Globe Sport, I think it's called. It's a hybrid.

Oh, sweets, that's terrible. I'm thinking of you, and hope you're back to normal soon.

Don't fret about it too much. I recall getting a heavy chest infection 2 years ago around this time. Thought my fitness was destroyed when I got back on the bike, I felt so weak! It wasn't the case though, just built things back up nice and steady and was back to fitness in no-time
