This spring i am trying to lose a few pounds to be able to race faster this summer. So in preperation for this i went to have my RMR and body composition tested. the body comp test confirmed i am carrying too much fat i now know just how much. The test that shocked me was the RMR test. My RMR test said i need 3000 calories. based on the online calculators i have always seen anywhere from 2000-2200 calories. Im curious if anyone else has tested to be that high? any reason to question the validity of the test?
