So.... what didya get? That kobe meatloaf sure looks tasty.

It's all about moderation. Mixing in good diet control and exercise You can splurge and enjoy a lovely 3000 calorie dinner once a week and have no issues. Eat at Big Papi's every night and... well, you might end up being made fun of when someone spots you in lycra.

kid #1 = Caesar salad with ranch dressing and grilled chicken
kid# 2 = Baja chicken egg rolls & 1 soda
spouse #1 = veggie burger w/fries & 1 Sam Adams beer
myself = cheese steak egg rolls & sirloin chili & 1 Sam Adams beer
desert = shared a brownie with whipped cream

$75. plus tip

... I helped everyone except the salad eater - she cleaned her plate (good girl) :-)
