For those with insatiable peanut butter addictions (myself included).
FYI, I dont work for this company, but here we go:
https://www.southerngracefarms.net/peanutflour.html
It's lightly roasted, 12 percent fat peanut flour. The nutritionals alone make it an excellent protein supplement, at 110 cals and 16 grams protein per 1/4 cup dry.
Now the thing is, 1/4 cup dry, when mixed with water to a peanut butter consistency, is 1/2 cup. And it tastes, well.
It tastes amazing.
This stuff is proof that a higher power, one filled with unending love for its creations, whether they be intentional or accidental, exists.
Goes great with a little cocoa powder and sweetener in cottage cheese, I mean, the energy bars you can make with this stuff too....
Sorry, I'm just all excited. Buy it.

Looks pretty similar to Bell Plantation's PB2 powdered peanut butter. They also make chocolate PB2.

Food is not just nutrition, yo. It should be pleasant, it should be enjoyable. People keep denying the fact that food should satisfy the brain as much as it does the bodies requirements. AS MUCH. Not slightly less than. Nothing more than what you crave will do.
So I think its great that something like this can come along that allows real people to satiate their cravings without undoing their goals, and I thought I would share because everyone who rides a bike:
Is anorexic/bulimic
Loves peanut butter (unless you are allergic, may not be applicable to only bike riders under some conditions.)

I'm not anorexic or bulimic, but I love peanut butter.
I prefer the good stuff though. Not Jif, or anything with added sugar. And since real peanut butter separates, I pour off most of the oil before I mix it up. It tastes better that way, and it's lower fat as well.

The best is the kind that you get freshly ground, stores such as Whole Foods or New Leaf have a grinding machine. Almond butter too.

anything in excess of your needed caloric intake is too much.. Help us to conquer our cheese addiction , we'll work on your peanut butter addiction.. Lets start by comparing their production to hot dogs.. Don't they say snoots and other unmentionable parts goes into hot dogs.. Think the production of peanut butter had been criticized for it's carelessness.

I got over the whole peanut/peanut butter thing years ago when I did a series of allergy tests and discovered it was peanuts/peanut butter that was making me swell up like a balloon (major bloating) and putting me into agonizing pain throughout my entire torso.
I quit eating peanut butter sandwiches just about every day, and peanuts quite frequently, and I felt like a new person. I also lost quite a bit of weight.

Almond butter would be great except I've recently developed an allergy to tree nuts and stone fruit.

Almond butter is alright, I guess. I think it works better in savory dishes since its flavor is so mild. Almond butter and broccoli soup, for instance. Otherwise it just isn't present enough to work on a slice of bread or the like (for me anyways.)

Theres just this fat guy waiting to get out of me...

Not safe for work
Roasted sunflower seed butter is also really tasty.
Crunchy all natural peanut butter on whole wheat toast is a great post workout treat.
