For breakfast definitely oatmeal.

For delicious dinner, Turkish-style tomato Bulgur with tomatoes and onions. For quick dinner, whole wheat cous-cous. For protein-ey dinner, quinoa.

Meh, it can get old after a while and isn't as filling as it should be without some good seafood thrown in.

I'll send you the bulgur recipe in a PM...it's yummy, and the perfect side with some pan-fried flounder and garlic kale. We eat that at least once a week...

Sausage!

Hot italian sausage! Goes well alongside chicken, fish, etc. Around our house, it's considered a vegetable.

Hi Lauretta,

Good to see you causing havoc on bikeforums.net! My favorite carb is Caffe Latte Perpetuem. Okay, it's more than just carbs, but it fuels me on double centuries and tastes great (unlike Sustained Energy which tastes like mostly nothing, unless I flavor it with Hammer Gel).

Also, good job on that sprint to bridge up to the pack this morning! I knew you could do it, even though you didn't seem too inspired at first . . .
