Falling on my face

Trying to watch my calorie and food quality intake. Did good all week, until eating a whole pepperoni pizza this afternoon. Blew my calorie budget. But I was still so hungry from my long workout yesterday. Oh well, reset tomorrow.

If you do that sort of thing very often, it is a sign that your diet may be too strict, too low in calories, or deficient in something else (i.e. too low in fat or protein).

Yeah, next time your thinking about scarfing the entire pizza, get into the bathroom & brush your teeth (the higher the menthol vapor, the better).

Depends if OP was actually hungry... deciding to scarf a whole pizza may be triggered by something else, boredom.

Maybe... obviously he feels a little cut up about falling off the wagon. Hope he can get back on!

Ohhhhh man, Why did I eat that?. As the head hangs & the demons smile.

Eating the pizza must outweigh/favour his personal goals.

Time to ingrain a greater goal.

("I want to supplement my soccer with cycling, get into the English premiership, earn $100,000 a week & buy that Malibu home").

Pizza?.

1st day of my retirement?. Gorge yourself. Until then, that pizza is nothing.
