I was wondering, i have a 60 or 65Km ride this weekend coming, what do i need to do, to prepare.
I am currently commuting 20-30kms a day, to & from work, 4 times a week. Though the last 3 days have been wet and i havent been out.
As for food, My aunty is out from the UK and mums putting on a Roast Saturday night b4 the ride. Is this bad to eat red meat b4 a long ride.
Any sugestions would be great.
