Any Nutrition Tips For Bike Messengers?
So, I've been working on the road for the past 2 months and feel like I need to be eating more and eating better foods. I don't want to lose muscle at all. I currently weight 165 at 5'11" and ride anywhere from 60k - 100k 5 days a week. I try to do longer consistent rides on weekends as well that vary from 100k - 200k. I know I need to eat like a mad man but not sure what would be the ideal meals and quick meals for me.
Anything you guys recommend for me to maintain weight and build more muscle?
