Mental Preparation Worksheet
A survey you might find helpful as you start your season:
1. Why are you doing this?
2. Are you happy with your current self (fitness, mental..)?
3. List five achievements that would make you extremely happy to accomplish in the next 12 weeks.
4. What are your twelve week goals? Be specific-list 5 goals.
5. What barriers are going to be problems that might prevent you from reaching your goals? How are you going to react to each barrier impacting you and overcome it?
6. What behaviors must you change to reach your goals?
Sometimes I find that I start riding or and exercise program with a fairly unclear objective. I think it will help me to be more successful with some clear goals in mind...
