For the last year or so, I've use "The Daily Plate" on Livestrong.com to track my diet; initially to lose weight, and now to ensure a proper diet while I train for endurance events.
Other users may be aware of their recent overhaul of the Web site. I, for one, find this "new and improved" version to in fact be a step backwards. The site designers have introduced so many bells and whistles to the code that it has become a burden to input my data.
I would like to find an alternative, but Google-ing "calorie tracker" brings up way to many sites that look questionable. Any suggestions?
