Coming back after chemical injury.
Couple months ago I suffered a severe reaction to a flouroquinolone antibiotic that included severe neuropathy, tendon pain, tendon inflammation, tendonosis (tearing), ligament pain, etc.
To say I have been forced to remain more or less sedentary because of the pain would be true.
I'm beginning to feel a little better sans achilles tendons and patellar tendons.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how I should jump back in after taking 2+ months off. This is my first injury (of course it had to be a big one thanks bayer!) so I dont really have a clue where to start....
I have an appointment with a specialist who may or may not be helpful on wednesday, ill let you all know what he says.

You gonna eat that?
Or do you mean that you're feeling better, with the exception of those tendons?

My standard recommendation is to start with 30 minutes of Z1 every day on the rollers. Gradually increase the Z1 time until you can't stand it and have to go outside. Then take it easy for the first few rides. You'll know what to do.
