Can someone recommend an audiobook re: nutrition...
I'm in need of some nutrition education, and I have been trying to research using blogs and forums and podcasts. I am really not enjoying the presentation - I find them to be rambling, nonspecific, and overly complex.
Honestly, I just want something simple and direct that explains:
-What I should be eating, and how much
-what different supplements do, when and how to take them
For example, I listened to this Everyday Cyclist podcast which is little more than an advertisement for his CycloFuel package. It might be great, but it's too much material to start.
