Supplements are a feather. Training is a hammer. Good nutrition is a given. Outside of that, there's nothing that really helps, nutritionally. I haven't tried mussels, though. Interesting idea. Broccoli braised in flaxseed oil.
That said, caffeine works marvelously well. For TT use a pill rather than drink it so you don't have to pee. Take it about 1 hour before the start. Very common. A doppio is used a lot, too.
There are various nitrous oxide (NO) secretion increasers. Some work, some don't, some just give you the jitters, some contain substances that may be proscribed. Most of them also contain caffeine or caffeine analogues, so don't use additional caffeine.
Sodium phosphate works. You have to follow the administration schedule exactly.
I've heard that Oxyshot works, but haven't tried it. Also used as a calmer for horses. They like oxygen, apparently.
