I have never raced before but ride with the local bike club and have done 100+ miles a week for the past 10 weeks (2100 for the year). I am pretty strong in the Texas Hill Country Hills and my longest ride was a 65 mile charity ride that I comfortably did at 20mph.
Question is, what would you bring to eat and drink on this race? How often would you eat? My goal is to finish in the middle of the pack.
