Wounds sometimes heal with little fat nodules underneath. I have a permanent lump just below my left cheek bone from a nice right that I failed to dodge. Probably be there for a while, but probably isn't bone.

Left inner thigh, big bruise from mountain biking yesterday.

Everything else is o.k. Low back is kinda tight, but nothing major.

....hmmm..everything...I just completed the Melbourne to warrnambool road race, which at 299.1 km is the worlds longest single day road race......actually...the fingernail on my right hand little finger feels ok.........

been riding more days than usual with few breaks..Did some pretty good hills yesterday...More discomfort than usual in my calves, feet and shoulders. Maybe I should be more religious about recovery drinks. Stretching.
