What hurts today? Post your pain

The front of my hips and my hamstrings are sore. I think its from a spinning class I took yesterday.

My thighs and my shoulders. I put drop bars on my mountain bike (35lbs easily) to start my training with a buddy, who is also on a heavy freakin cross-country bike. Today is our climbing day. We did 20 miles of INTENSE hills, some super steep, some stupidly long, all of them hurt. God give me my road bike. Tomorrow is the day off, Sunday is the long ride day, about 40mi+ we will be heading AWAY from the mountains though!

My quads are sore and my knees still feel funny from carrying all my possesions up and down three stories when I moved apartments. Back on the bike Monday though, so all will be good.

BTW sorry if I spelled any of those muscles wrong, I'm just starting to lift weights and I don't completely remember everything the coach told me

Well, my left knee has basically completely recovered after a few weeks of pain induced by a hard 100km+ trail ride, so I guess the only thing still sore now is my left thumb. It seems to get sore when I grip handlebars, be they on my bike, or on my motorcycle. Actually, today was the first time I've had my bicycle out for a short ride in a few weeks, as I've been waiting for my knee to recover, and taking advantage of my new motorcycle.

My right index toe!!! That's the one next to the big toe. I stubbed it yesterday and it hurt so bad I nearly cried Today it's all black and blue, but it didn't bother me on my ride this morning.

my cheek bone is still tender where I landed a couple of weeks ago and got a bit of road rash. That's healed nicely, but I still have a bump on the bone...will that go away or did I 'grate' the bone and create a permanent fixture?

Nothing! My cold is gone and my knee feels fine after a hard group ride yesterday. No muscle soreness in quads either.

Road rash on left elbow and left knee. My rear wheel was slipping on wet road when I tried to dodge a car. I ended up falling, scratching both myself and my bike.
