Sore shoulders?

This can help with a common shoulder problem. I like it because it requires
no equipment, and can be made extremely easy by standing close to the wall.
Or really tough by using the pushup position.

I just stumbled across this trolling youtube for exercises.

It's going to be part of my shoulder routine.

I've been doing it. You slide your hands, it's not hard, at least not at my place.

If the surface you tried has too much friction, try another.

If that doesn't work. try this...
