FiTV

This morning I was bouncing channels on the Dish and came upon a show on FiTV entitled Fit Cuisine. I stopped to watch, the star of the show is nothing special but he makes nutritional recipes. I checked out the web site and found quite a number of receipes with all types of informational. Thought others may find it to be of interest:

is it just me or has anyone else had to turn _off_ the tv (rather than turn on FitTV) to actually get fit?
