HELP- Re: Training Log

Hello all,
I'm starting to train for AIDS LifeCycle SF to LA. I'm going to start a training log- any recommendation for what I should include?

Thanks!
Charlie

Easiest thing you can do in my opinion is get the cyclistats software and use it to track your progress. They seem to have thought of everything. They offer a 30 day free trial, and it's only $30 for the full version.
