Udo's oil...Does it work?
Anyone ever used this and can tell me if it works? Advertising claims quicker recovery, strengthened immune system, etc...

I take it daily, but I'm a vegetarian that only occasionally eats fish, so it's how I make sure I'm getting my omega essential fats. You need to get your essential fats, you don't need to get them from Udo's though.

Is it made from snakes? Sounds like it's made from snakes.

IIRC, Udo's oil is a mix of Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. I've never understood these products because Omega 6 and 9 fatty acids are so easy to get in your diet, no fish required. I think you'd be better off taking plain fish oil.
