What is your favorite Yoga?
I do Yoga as a moving meditation. It also helps stretch the body, and so some people take it for flexibility. While it decreases cycling efficiency to stretch, it also eliminates stiffness; thus while you lose some of the spring-back from precharge on your tendons and ligaments, you can go for longer and wake up feeling fine instead of sore. As I understand, some people around here like the yoga.
So what is your favorite pose or circuit?
Mine is Virabhadrasana (Warrior) and Talasana (Palm Tree), in varying order. Bhujangasana (Serpent) also I find useful. Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) isn't bad.
Warrior pose, as below:
Makes sense, yes? The warrior pose is my favorite for the purpose because (besides being relatively simple and easy) it demands balance, yet incorporates a lot of flexibility and strength demands on the thighs. These are the exact areas that are made sore by cycling.
Serpent and palm tree are good back stretches; Sun Salutation is a little more active, but similar to Palm Tree in some respects, and puts some load on the abs (as you lean over to touch your toes). This all helps when I take long rides, as longer rides seem to stiffen up my back by some mechanism.
I often incorporate Trikonasana, just because I can. I don't honestly think it brings me anything in terms of flexibility, but I haven't explored it meditatively.

Ashtanga Yoga is my favorite form to practice. I also like Anusara, which is more free-form and lots of fun. Ashtanga is a physically intense form that you can keep practicing for your whole life, there is LOTS to learn. You can spend 10 years just working on the 1st series alone.
