As I ride more miles, and faster, I am getting hungrier. Since on eof my objectives in riding my bike is to become more fit and lean, this is a problem for me. I'm the kind of person who likes to nibble on things in any case and have nearly zero willpower when it comes to sweets or baking (mmmmm cookies).
So, can anyone recommend healthy, tasty snacks to have in my office or around the house? Respectfully to all who may be thinking about it, I know about celery, carrots, or fruit already
