I wanted to get some help with setting up an annual training program to have more structured training that would be easy to use.

Though cycling is a key sport for me, I also run quite a bit and also do adventure races (moutainbike, run, kayay) and few triathlons and offroad duathlons.

Anyone have any comments on this Mike Pigg's Program or others.

I already have the PC Coach Software

I have Friel's CTB book but thought software would be easier to implement.
