Is it possible without falling over? What's your technique and brand of roller used?
I watch Tour de France reruns and try to keep up with Lance and Jan on my Kreitler rollers. Does that count?
Ps. I only roll off of them when my wife distracts me.
i don't ride on rollers, but i think it would depend on which spinervals workout. ones like the aerobic base builder and the time trial special should be ok, but the high intensity interval ones that have some sort of sprints might be too jerky
