What do you think of the CTS climbing DVD?

I've had this DVD for about a month now and usually ride along with it 2-3 days a week and I like the workout. What do others thinks of this DVD training and are there others that you like better.
thanks

I have it myself and think it's a great workout. I consider myself a pretty good climber and this program has made me even stronger. Lots of guys I ride with are currently going much slower since it has gotten colder here in NC. doing the base miles thing. I hate the cold and prefer to just stay inside and ride my trainer so I can maintain my level of fitness that I worked hard all summer to achieve. If we happen to get a nice warm day here, I go out by myself if there is no one else to ride with and let er rip. Work with this program as it is meant to be done and you will have stronger legs in due time. The time trial is also excellent and I would say a bit tougher to do if you do it correctly as you will get your heart rate high and sustain it. Alternate between these two videos for variety over the winter and I bet you'll find yourself a much stronger rider by the time the Spring arrives. Good luck with your trainer!
