sore skin

been riding in cold weather (30's) for a couple days at least 2 hours at a time, now my skin is randomly sore to touch with no visible rash. had the same stuff a few weeks ago on the shoulder and back area after a couple days of push ups. like 60 a day.

the weird thing is its only on the right side of my body.
