Suggestions for training dvd for use with a spinning bike

I tried spinning at my local sports centre during the worst of the winter, when the cold and dark put me off cycling. The problem was that places had to booked two weeks ahead and I wasnt sure the typical spinning session was the best for actual road cycling.
Luck had it that a friends father wanted rid of an exercise bike, which turned out to be a proper heavy cast wheel spinning bike so I aquired it,and have been useing it for the last week.
I have been looking at the usual outlets for a dvd,but the cycling orientated dvds seem to be aimed at turbo trainers, and the others just seem to be for aerobic workouts and weight loss,no bad thing ,heart and lungs matter, but I'm skinny enough,so I thought I would ask for suggestions for cycling related training dvd's ( they would need to be for Europe )
cheers
Lee

I don't know what "for Europe" means - but try www.thesufferfest.com for some high-quality workouts. These are downloadable, you play them on your computer, not DVD.

Thanks for that, sufferfest looks promising. For Europe I meant region 2 format,USA is region 1,seems odd to me that dvds arn't standard format.
cheers

I don't ride a trainer inside I ride a spin bike (always have). I don't use videos but rather a stopwatch and layout workouts ahead of time. Depending on what your goals are you can put together crazy workouts that can do anything you want to accomplish.
