need a change training plan for speed
OK i need a suggestions for a change in intervals
more less another way to go about doing intervals
as i want to be able to do my rides and ride faster then now, be able to get that speed up once and for all
who can suggest a fun way and good formula for interval aqnd speed training

There isn't a whole lot of fun in intervals. The results are fun, but not the intervals themselves. Very good information here:
In a much simpler format: you want to ride faster? Ride faster. Especially on hills. Bring a lung up. Then take it easier for a day or two.
