Semester ended and I weighed 151 about 2 weeks ago. Today I'm 147 from eating baked chicken breasts and baked sweet potatoes. I drink strawberry smoothies every night and in it I normally throw in a banana and plain Greek yogurt. I just made a batch of steel cut oats with organic peanut butter (the watery ones) enough for the rest of the week for my morning portions and I might put a teaspoon of plain yogurt in it as well.
I'm thinking about buying Optimum Nutrition and putting it into my shakes. Is it okay if I'm trying to lose weight? I'm going for 140 by the end of the summer.
