Hey I know some of ya'll use to be big into lifting weights but have cut back for riding purposes. Now that school has started back, I have to choose between the gym or the trails. I have chosen the trails, now my question is what can I do to keep the strength I have and maybe gain a little bit more. Would push-ups and sits-up and just exercises with my own body weight do? I figure I could do some push-ups and what not at home when I get off work, before I start on homework. What do you guys do?
