GNC or vitaminshoppe

https://www.gnc.com/home/
https://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/

Anyone get stuff from either store? If so what do you get. I usually pick stuff up at GNC (its closest). I usually get powdered protein. Its good daily and/or before or after (or both) any type of workouts. Although I have been experimenting with other stuff too.

You could also go to Puritan's Pride and buy. I get quite a few supplements from them, for the whole family.

Neither. Both are terrible.

Shop at bodybuilding.com or netrition.com instead.

I like vitamins and minerals from vitaminshoppe. Their protein powder is ridiculous costwise. I used Costco for protein powder but I think this time I will check out bodybuilding.com

In either one, the sales associates are trained to sell, sell, SELL.

I for one use GNC. Yes they are a tad over-priced, but i don't have a problem with their products. In this area, we also have Compleat Nutrition that i would like to check out if anyone has been there.

I get most of my vitamins from Swanson. The quality is good, and they usually have the best price.

https://www.swansonvitamins.com/

My multi is a New Chapter I get from Amazon.
It's a 2 a day, but I only take one.

My Omega 3 is from algae and I get it from CVS. It's called Algol.

I get a 50/50 blend of (no fat) whey/heliogen casein from Protein Factory.
The price is good, and I can order it the way I want, no flavor, no sweetener, no junk.
