Last night I climbed back into the saddle. I took one month of from surgery (doctors advice) and it felt great to get back on!

I had gained about 5-6 pounds from not exercising and eating like a banshee lol. Water weight was worse than the actual weight gained, I was swelled horrible (probably from the soda)

Anyhow, Heart rates are higher as expected. but overall feels good.
