"Accurate" online body fat calculator?
I'm looking for a resonably accurate online body fat calculator. I found a few through google, but the results seemed a little low to me. I don't have the option to get calipered, at least for awhile anyway. Anyone found a calculator that is close to their true body fat %?

Thanks, some good info on that site.

This site uses the "Navy" method:
http://www.he.net/%7Ezone/prothd2.html It only requires a couple of body circumference measurements (use a fabric tape measure). |
Maybe I did it wrong, I'm not exactly sure where to measure, but it told me I should weigh 87 pounds. Anorexic much?

it told me I should weigh 60 kg. I'd be a stick!!!

Here is what I use. It is fairly innexpensive. I really like it, I generally check my body fat once or twice a week to see how I am improving. It only takes 7 seconds to do a reading.

But, I have no idea where they are getting their "Ideal Weight" calculation from. For that, I recommend a full-length mirror, or ask your significant other :). |
