Recumbant exercise bikes
Ì usually do 2 10km sets on the recumbant and 2 20 min interval sets on the upright exercise bike. anyway, my question is whether i should focus exclusively on the upright. I am getting worried that the sets on the recumbant aren't time well spent as i am not in the proper cycling position when doing it and may be exercising muscles i don't particularly need to exercise if i want to speed and endurance on the bike. any thoughts?
