Fluid Trainers??
I live car free and cycle not for speed but for transportation over hills that most people do not like. I need a trainer to keep my heart in good shape when I am not on the road. At 64 I still have good legs and want to make them better.
So I need a good fluid trainer. But are any better than others? I do not need any fancy junk like videos.
