Ketogenic nutrition on TransAm tour
Does anyone have ideas for how to remain in nutritional ketosis and off carbs (for the most part) during a coast to coast bike tour (US). Any ideas for travel foods and snacks? Thanks for any ideas and resources.
Here is a list of foods you could eat: pemmican, dried salami/sausage, butter, cheese, eggs, nuts/seeds, lard, smoked fish...Most of these foods can be kept without refrigeration for few days without spoiling.
