Any Schwinn Ait-Dyne Users?
In warm weather, I ride my mt or road bike. I know many cyclists use an indoor trainer during bad weather. I've never bought one, but do have the Air-Dyne that gets used off and on, not as much as it should.
Does working out with the Air-Dyne do more than just help your cardio health? Or would it be better to invest in a trainer? What would be he advantages? I could see a trainer might work better to get you "dialed in" on you bike's various adjustments...seat, handlebars, etc. The Air-Dyne does give you the upper body workout. |
