Legal supplements that are banned in sports?

What supplements are 100% legal on the market, and can be bought without a prescription, but are banned in sporting events and are considered performance enhancing drugs?

I think DHEA -- or whatever the initials are -- is banned. Not sure if it directly "enhances performance." (Think its used more for mood & mental functions.)

Why don't you google "performance-enhancing drugs" to make a list of the possibilities and then google them one by one to figure out if you can get them legally? If you're actually interested in taking them, you'll probably need a cooperative physician.
