A few days ago (Thursday) I was doing a yard project (pavers) and was up and down and bent over all day. The next day my hamstrings hurt like hell.
Saturday we had a 60 mile group ride, stretched pre ride but about 10 miles in felt like I had already done 50. Finished the 60
Monday hams still a little sore and have a 100 mile hill ride coming up on Saturday.
Question, stay off the bike for a couple more days, or stretch and go on a easy ride today.
I want to ride!
