I'm just recovering from a virus and was due to ride a 4 day race this weekend, which i am now going to miss because i still do not feel right.
I've now not been able to train for just over 1 week and it is starting to p**s me off.

Does anyone know how long it will be to return to my original fitness when i start riding again next week?

I have put in a really good winter but i ended up with a virus in the 1st 2day race i done.

I'm starting to pull round now but i'm not sure as to when i can start ridinging again.
