What do you drink, other than water

What does everyone drink other than plain water....even flavored water would be considered something different. I HATE regular water....nothing could taste worse...well maybe coffee, but anyways...what does everyone else drink while riding?

Coffee. Unsweet iced tea (Constant Comment.) Seriously. That's it. Oh, I treat myself to a Coca-Cola when I go to the movies, about once a month. I gave up on Red Bull and Jaegermeister!

I'd stay away from flavored waters like the Lemon flavored Dasani. Not only does the taste start to disgust me, but I found that anything with flavoring that has to do with citrus gives me terrible reflux when exercising.

During the summer, I'll bring both water and Gatorade (fruit punch or orange flavor). Otherwise when I'm not biking I drink a lot of milk. 4-6 glasses a day actually. I think milk is my biggest source of protein (around 40g).

i have been known to have a 3/4 water, 1/4 o.j. mix OR a 1/2 coke, 1/2 water and ice mix OR accelerade.
