MAG bicycle trainer

I just bought a MAG bicycle trainer from a used sporting goods store in town and realized it didn't come with a training Manuel. what are the flat ride, and hill settings? Plus what's a great way to work out on a trainer? I was thinking of doing interval training on it, go hard in larger gear then drop down to a Lower gear and then back up. Thoughts, ideas, opinions, and advice please!

With that attitude you do not deserve any help. Name calling? Homophobia? Really?
