Is this sign of overtrainingi

Feel I am in an near of end of season racing slump. More less feel not pushing too hard. Still feel like riding, but in my TTs, mt bike races just don't feel mentally pushing and just coasting myself to the back

is this sign of overtraining or a slump? or a plateau

Should i just forget rest of season and take a few weeks off the bike?
thanks
