Kinda a Paleo thread: Is it possible to be sensitive to all grains??
As a background, I struggled with a bad case of chronic fatigue for many years. Back in June I went strictly Paleo for two months. Tried wheat products and discovered I was intolerant to gluten. Cut all gluten out of my diet and I felt the best I have in years!! Lost 20 pounds, too.
Anyways, a few months back I started eating other grains because I sent myself into starvation mode. Got some gluten-free pastas, ate rice and made stuff with corn flour. Now I am back where I started!! Feel horrible and worn down. Is it possible to be intolerant to all grains? has anyone heard of this?

Go to an allergist. Get the skin prick tests. Get her/him to send you for blood tests for celiac antibodies and other related things. Then you'll know.

Most folks who are celiac know they are celiac because one gets a case of the screaming guts, see:
Celiac Disease Causes, Symptoms, Treatments, Tests, & More
If wheat doesn't upset your digestion, it's unlikely that you are celiac.
All grains are carbohydrates. It's possible, usually by screwing up your metabolism with fad diets, to become overly sensitive to carbohydrates. Been there, done that. This is called hypoglycemia. In general, whenever you eat a carbohydrate, have a good bit of protein and a little fat. You want at least 1/2 the calories in pure protein that you're getting with the carbohydrate. Never eat the carbo by itself. Try that, anyway.
IMO it's very doubtful that you suddenly became allergic to all grains unless you somehow got in bad with a witch doctor.

Don't think you are sensitive to grains, but probably sensitive to insulin. Any grains will raise your insulin, while corn and potatoes lack gluten.
Good news is you can reduce insulin sensitivity with diet, exercise, fasting.
If you went into starvation mode on Paleo that is probably a lack of fat or maybe lack of fiber. Or you felt like you were starving on low-carb since your body was used to having regular sugar injections on high carb.
