Gu2o is on sale at performance and i was thinking about picking up a can. does it help performance as it says it does? supposedly replenishes lost carbs and electrolytes. has anyone tried it before? any other drinks you might suggest? im usually out for a 2 to 3 hour ride 4 days out of the week. my ride varies from 20 to 40 miles each time. should i have one bottle of this mix and a regular bottle of water? or should i have both bottles of the mix?
