7 weeks to get into shape....HELP!

Crazy work schedule, 3 illnesses, a one-year old, and frigid temps have left me very much out of shape. My only exercise this winter has been 1 x per week 45 min fat bike ride on singletrack, and 20 min 1 -2 time per week on the indoor trainer.

I signed up for a hilly metric gravel ride in 7 weeks. Can someone give me a basic training regimen? I have already given up beer for Lent. Other than that...no clue where to start.

TrainerRoad has a 'SweetSpot' base training program, at low-volume its 3h30/week and works well for indoor training.

I would just add 10 miles a week to your weekend long ride and you'll be fine. You *will* make it to the end, training will just help you feel better afterward.
