I just finshed dinner... roast beef and turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese and honey mustard on wheat and a side of roast chicken ramen. Right this second I'm eating dessert, a big spoonful of Adam's peanut butter. What can I say... I'm on a grad student budget and out of spaghetti.

Broiled pork chops with a low-salt herb rub, rice, broccoli, and a beer.

Well, I'm done now, but that's the last thing I ate.

for dinner I had about a pound of steak, 1.5 cups of rice and a half-plate of broccoli. Then I had a large smoothie, whey protein, frozen berries(assorted), some vanilla yogurt and ice cubes to thicken it up.

Now I'm eating raw carrots.

I know, I shouldn't eat so much. I just couldn't help it today

just finished off the aforementioned can of bush's vegetarian baked beans. this morning i had a bowl of quaker toasted oatmeal squares prepared with vanilla silk, the latter of the two i also implement in cream of wheat, which, with the addition of a tbsp or so of brown sugar, makes for one decadent bowl of hot cereal.

If you want to try something a little different, try grade A dark amber maple syrup in place of brown sugar. Yummy!

Just finished half a Papa John's pizza with hefty toppings of saussage and beef. So sue me, PETA.

Now I'm going to kick back, pop open a couple of cold ones and listen to some Howard Jones and maybe some New Order.
